| What is your service like? | Our webspace is held on twin Pentium LINUX servers running Zeus
Technology's webserving software. We use a network infrastructure sub-contracted from a major telecommunications supplier, that utilises leading edge technology from companies, including Nortel Data Networks and Cisco. We use the latest rack modems supporting K56FLEX, V90 and ISDN dial-up, aiming to offer a first time connection, every time. We have four diverse feeds for Internet bandwidth from four major providers (C&W, Telewest, Teleglobe and INS) We have 155Mb of bandwidth in total, with peering agreements with every major ISP and Internet Exchange Point in the world using Frame Relay, SDH and ATM. |
| How long does it take? | We require a minimum of information. Just fill in the form, read the Terms
and AUPs, and click a button. Its that simple! Your account is ready to use immediately,
and Internet Explorer 5 users can even have their system configured automatically. Just click on the "Sign-up Now" graphic below. |
| Can I get a sign-up CD? | Yes. Just fill in the CD Order Form, and
we'll send you a sign-up CD within 48 hours. Just insert the CD into your machine, follow the on-line prompts, and your account is set-up. The CD is compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT and Apple Mac. |
