When you start WS_FTP Pro, a list of configured sites is displayed. Click on the New button to add your site (Fig 1).

The New Site/Folder window is displayed (Fig 2). Enter a description for your website. This is only displayed in the site list (Fig 1). Click on the Next button once completed.

The Host Name window is displayed (Fig 3). Enter the gost name for your site. If you don't have a domain name, then your host is www.yoursite.condoris.net (see Fig 3). If you have a domain name, then your host name is www.yourdomain.co.uk (see Fig 4). Click on the Next button once completed.

The Logon Information window is displayed (Fig 5). Enter your FTP logon and password. Check the Save Password check box if you want Windows to remeber you password. Click Finish button once completed. Your configuration is now complete.

To check your configuration, highlight your site in the list of configured sites and click on the Properties button. The Site Properties window is displayed (Fig 6). Select the tags along the top of the window, and confirm the settings are as shown in Fig 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
