Collecting your email through the web

You can now acess your email account from any browser, on any computer in the world. Using POP3Now's SSL email gateway, you can securely receive and send email using your CondorIS.Net account.

To access the webmail portal, click on the "Read Your Email" graphic (Fig 1) on the home user home page, of by clicking on "Check Linux email" on the business user home page.

Before you can collect your mail, you will have to logon to the POP3 server. This will require your POP3 User ID, password and your email address (myaddress@condoris.net or myaddress@mydomain.co.uk).

Once completed (Fig 3), click on "Click Here to Login".

Your inbox will be displayed within a few seconds (Fig 4). From here, you can now read your emails, reply to them and compose new messages. Once you read an email, it will remain in your mailbox, until you click on delete, or until you access your email with your normal email software (such as MS Outlook).

If you minimise the screen, the system will check for new mail every ten minutes. A message will be displayed.

There are certain times when it may take a  few seconds for the screen to refresh.

Important Information for Windows 2000 account holders

To access email on Windows 2000 accounts (corporate only), requires a different logon screen. To logon, click on "Check W2K email" on the corporate home page.

The logon screen displayed, is similar to that shown in figure 2, except the email address is replaced with "POP3 Server". This field requires the email (POP3) server address supplied with your account. With Windows 2000 accounts, this server name will take the format "mail.domain.co.uk", where domain.co.uk (or .com etc.) is your Domain Name.
